Terms of Service - WordGlyph

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WordGlyph mobile application (the "Service") operated by AlphaGlyx, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Leaderboards

When you create a username for the WordGlyph leaderboards, you agree to the following:

You are responsible for safeguarding the Recovery Key used to access your account.
You will not select a username that is offensive, vulgar, obscene, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any username at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party's rights.

3. In-App Purchases

The Service allows you to purchase a "Remove Ads" upgrade (In-App Purchase). If you choose to make this purchase:

Payments will be processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
This is a non-consumable, one-time purchase.
Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective App Store (Google or Apple) in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlphaGlyx, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Specifically, we reserve the right to delete accounts that are found to be hacking, cheating, or manipulating game statistics to alter leaderboard rankings.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlphaGlyx, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. "As Is" Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
