AlphaGlyx, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") built the WordGlyph app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by AlphaGlyx, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We assign a generated unique identifier (UUID) to your installation to save your game progress, statistics, and rank. If you choose to create a username, this information is stored on our secure servers to enable leaderboard functionality and account recovery. This data is linked to your specific installation but does not require your real name or email address.

Approximate location data is collected to provide app functionality, prevent fraud, and deliver relevant advertisements. This data may be shared with our advertising partners.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve relevant ads, Google may collect and use unique device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers), approximate location, and data regarding your interaction with the ads.
If you enable push notifications, we collect your device identifier (such as a Firebase Cloud Messaging token) to send you game-related notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. This data is required for app functionality and developer communications.

Game progress and account data are retained for as long as you actively use the app. If you do not use the app for 24 months, we may delete your account and associated data.

When you delete your account, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, including your game progress, statistics, and username. There is no waiting period. The data deletion from our servers occurs in real time.

Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated game data at any time. We provide a simple web tool to perform this action instantly using your Recovery Key (see section 4.2).

iOS Users (App Tracking Transparency): On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked to grant permission before we can track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android Users: You can opt out of personalized advertising by going to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Please note that opting out of tracking or personalized advertising does not mean you will no longer see ads; it means the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.
This Service does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device through your device settings.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data collected by this app is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to the United States and process it there. This Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
